Terms of service

Last updated September 15, 2026

The short version: join the waitlist with your own email, and we'll email you once when Mykos opens. We can't promise a launch date or features.

What this covers

Mykos hasn't launched yet. Right now this site does one thing: it lets you join a waitlist to hear when it does. These terms cover that waitlist, not the app itself. The app will have its own terms when it opens.

Joining the waitlist

When you submit the form, you're asking us to email you once, when Mykos launches. Use an email address that's yours or that you have permission to use.

Who can join

Anyone 13 or older. If you're under 13, please don't sign up.

No promises about launch

Joining doesn't guarantee you access, a launch date, or any particular features. Mykos is still being built, and anything described here or elsewhere may change before it ships. We may also delay, change, or cancel the launch if we decide to.

Please don't

  • Submit the form with bots, scripts, or other automated tools.
  • Submit email addresses that aren't yours or that you don't have permission to use.
  • Try to disrupt, overload, or interfere with this site.

We may remove any submission we reasonably believe breaks these terms.

No warranty

In plain terms: the site may have bugs or go down, and we can't promise it won't.

This site and the waitlist are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

In plain terms: if something goes wrong from using this site, we're not responsible for losses it causes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mykos and its operator aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the waitlist.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the project develops. Changes take effect when they're posted here, and the date at the top will show the latest update.

Governing law

In plain terms: Washington State law applies to these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
